White-label for agencies, Italian under your own name

Service · Page published October 5, 2026 · Updated October 20, 2026

I work as your Italian specialist inside your agency’s process, and the deliveries go out under your name. It applies to all three services: localization, Italian SEO and GEO, Linguistic QA. I work from German and English, into Italian only, and I do not contact your clients unless you ask me to.

Who it is for

  • Translation, SEO and marketing agencies with clients selling to Italy and no Italian specialist in house, wherever the agency itself is based.
  • SEO and GEO agencies that want to cover Italian without hiring for it and without handing it to someone who covers eight languages.
  • Smaller firms and independent consultants who receive Italian enquiries more often than it pays to turn them down.

How it works

Intro call. Your clients, your tools, your quality requirements and the way you brief external contributors. I adapt to your process, not the other way round.

Trial project. A small job on real content, so you can judge the quality before committing to anything. I recommend it every time. It is the fastest way to find out whether the way I write fits what your clients expect.

Ongoing collaboration. Projects as they come, or reserved monthly capacity if your Italian volume is steady and you need to know in advance that I am there.

What you receive

  • Deliveries under your brand, in your templates, in the format you use with your clients.
  • One fixed contact for Italian across all your projects, so one terminology instead of one per freelancer.
  • An NDA as standard, signed before I see any material.
  • Glossary, style guide and translation memories that stay yours, in an open format.

Confidentiality

I do not contact your clients, I do not name them in my own material and I do not use them as references without your written consent. If a client of yours appears on a public page of mine, it is because I have explicit permission.

It runs the other way too: what I see inside your processes stays where I saw it.

What I do not do

I work into Italian only, so I cannot be the single subcontractor on a multilingual project. If you need that, I am glad to coordinate with colleagues covering the other languages, but my part stays one.

I do not take engagements where the scope is “fix the Italian” with no access to the source and no one who can answer for brand decisions. It is not rigidity. Without those two things the work produces corrections the end client rejects, and the problem comes back to you.

Frequently asked questions

Can I present you as part of my team?

Yes. You can introduce me as your Italian specialist, without my name, and deliver under your brand. That is the point of white-label.

What are the rates for agencies?

On request, and different from direct client rates, because the account management and the client relationship are yours. They are set by service type and volume, not as a blanket discount.

Do you work in our tools or in yours?

Yours. CAT tool or TMS, report templates, delivery conventions: if you have them, I use them. I already work in Trados Studio, Phrase, Lokalise, Bureau Works and MateCat. If you have no tooling of your own, I bring mine and leave the glossary and translation memories with you.

What happens if one of your clients recognizes me?

I have never sought that and I do not seek it. If it happens, I refer back to my contact at your agency and do not continue the conversation.

How much notice does a project need?

It depends on volume. A small job usually needs a few days. If your volume is steady, reserved monthly capacity removes the question of notice entirely, and that is why the model exists.
