2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Server and access logs (Netlify hosting)
This site is hosted on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Netlify automatically records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for technical operation and security. Netlify’s privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy.
Legal basis: legitimate interests in operating a technically secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.2 Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4
Only if you give your explicit consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). GA4 collects anonymised data about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on page, country, device type). It does not collect names, email addresses or other directly identifiable data by default.

Data transfer to the USA: Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which provides an adequacy basis for international transfers under Art. 45 GDPR.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page on this site. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
2.3 Contact forms (Netlify Forms)
If you submit one of the contact forms on this site, your name, email address and the content of your message are transmitted to and stored by Netlify Forms. Data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties. Netlify’s privacy policy applies: netlify.com/privacy.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2.4 Calendly (booking links)
The booking buttons on this site link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th Street NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). Clicking a booking link takes you to Calendly’s own website; Calendly’s own privacy policy applies. This site does not embed any Calendly widget and does not transfer any data to Calendly on your behalf.
2.5 Language preference
When you choose a language in the language selector or open a link to the English version, the site stores your choice in your browser: in the nf_lang cookie, which Netlify reads to show you the homepage in that language, and in the adr_lang entry in your browser’s local storage. Both contain only the language code (en, it or de) and are not used for any other purpose.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing you the site in the language you chose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because this storage is strictly necessary for a function you explicitly requested, no consent is required (Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021, TKG 2021).

You have the right to:

- rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
